Ingredients
1/2 lb Cream Cheese
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 pint Yoghurt
Salt
White Pepper
1 head Celery finely chopped
Method
With a fork, work the cream cheese with the lemon juice and olive oil until smooth. Add the yoghurt and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Lightly stir in the chopped celery and serve.
