Onions
Garlic
Ginger

1 bucket Water

Method
Melt one block of butter, fry onions, add garlic and ginger and ground spices. Fry until brown. Add 1 bucket of water, boil. Then add all the vegetables, starting with the hard ones (celery) and ending with the soft ones (cabbage). Boil and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Keep undercooked. Season with salt and remove from the pan straight away.
Fry the seasoning for vegetable curry. Add the vegetables and finish cooking.
