Ingredients
1 lb cooked Green Peas
1/2 lb Potatoes boiled
1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Paprika or Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Gram Flour (besan)
Method
Mash the ingredients together. Form into balls, rolling in a little besan to bind. Deep fry in ghee. Serve in the same way as Potato Koftas
