Ingredients
1 lb Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Spring Onions finely chopped
1 cup cooked Cauliflower or Peas
1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Ghee for frying
Method
Cook potatoes in salted water till soft. Peel and mash. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Divide the mixture into 30-35 small balls. Roll in a little besan (gram flour) or plain flour. Fry in hot ghee till golden. Serve hot for lunch or as a savoury snack. They go well with a cold salad.
