Corn Kabab
Ingredients
Corn Cobs (buta)
1/2 cup Curd
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt
Method
Wash the corn cobs and put on skewers. Beat the curd and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Smear over the corn cobs and barbecue or cook under the grill till tender. Eat with chutney. The kababs may also be basted with ghee.
