Goat Cheese Crouton And Salad

Ingredients
800 grams Milawa Goat Cheese
800 grams Pain De Campagne
100 grams Butter
200 grams Walnuts
50 ml Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper
2 heads Witlof
100 ml Chive Cream
Vinaigrette (Olive Oil And Red Wine Or/Balsamic Vinegar)
Salad for garnish

Method

Roast the walnuts

Slice the bread 2 cm thick

Mix butter with half of the walnuts and put on the bread

Slice the goat cheese and lay on bread, season and dribble over a little olive oil

Put salad garnish onto plates

Lay over the finely sliced witlof dressed with vinaigrette

Heat the oven very hot

Put in the bread slices for 3-5 minutes

Arrange the toasts on the plates and spoon the chive cream beside and scatter over remaining walnuts, season then serve.
