Lemons
Artichokes
Salted Almonds
1 small spoon Honey
2 large spoons Oil
Lemon Juice
Method
Boil lemons until soft in a lot of very salty water. Drain and let cool and cut them up.
Mix with cooked cut-up artichoke stems and hearts, salted almonds, honey and oil.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
