Method
Slice cooked potatoes into a glass bowl. Pour mayonnaise sauce into a basin, and mix in cooked peas, beans, asparagus tips and a few chopped capers, and some cooked carrots chopped finely. Pour this over the potatoes and garnish with lettuce leaves. Cold fish may be added to make more substantial.
