Tomato Souffle

Ingredients
1 lb Tomatoes
1 large slice Bread
Boiling Milk
Pepper
Salt
Finely cut Bacon
Parsley
2 Eggs

Method
Skin tomatoes. Take a large slice of bread - pour over it sufficient boiling milk for it to absorb. Add pepper, salt, finely cut bacon, parsley. Beat all together - add beaten yolks of eggs. Lastly the whites beaten to a stiff froth - fold these in. Put in buttered pie dish - bake 20 minutes.
