Tomato Slice

Ingredients
9 slices Bread
3 oz melted Butter
4 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
4 oz garlic Salami
3 Tomatoes
Salt
A few grains of Cayenne Pepper

Method

Remove the crusts from the bread and dip each slice into the melted butter, and press into a 9 inch lamington tin. Make sure there are no space between the slices and that they are pressed down well.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic salami and a layer of sliced tomato. Season with salt.

Mix the cayenne into the grated cheese, and cover the tomatoes. Bake in a moderate oven 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes. Serve cut in slices either hot or cold.
