Ingredients
Lettuce
4 rings Pineapple
1 cup Strawberries
3/4 cup Cream Cheese
2 large Oranges
French Dressing
Method
Fresh or canned pineapple may be used. A round of pineapple is the base for each portion, and the portions should be arranged on a decorative salad plate covered with leaves of lettuce.
In the centre of the pineapple make a rosette of cream cheese which may be thinned with a little cream for use in the tube. Place a ripe strawberry in the centre of the rosette.
Arrange four sections of orange around the rosette symmetrically and make a border about the whole with strawberries cut in half. Serve with French Dressing.
