Ingredients
1 case Mushrooms
4 pints Vinegar
1 1/2 pints Olive Oil
10 Garlic cloves
3 Bay Leaves
Lemon Peel of 4 lemons grated coarsely
2 teaspoons Coriander
Salt
Bunch Parsley Stalks
Method
Blanch mushrooms 5 minutes (not necessary).
Bring marinade to the boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over mushrooms.
