Ingredients
3 legs Ham
Carrots
Onions
Celery
Pumpkins

Method
Put legs of ham onto boil with carrots, onions, celery, peppercorns. Bring to boil and cook for 1 hour approximately. Peel and seed pumpkins. Boil in ham stock.
