Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
1 box Cucumbers
2 cloves Garlic
Sour Cream
Yoghurt
Milk
Salt
Chopped Dill Weed
Method
Peel and seed the cucumbers. Grate half the cucumbers, puree the rest. Add sour cream and yoghurt, roughly equal quantities. Thin down with milk.
Season with salt only and dill (chopped).
Chill.
