Chicken In Honey

Ingredients
3 teaspoons Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Honey
1 Chicken
Crumbled Macaroons
Ground Almonds
Chopped Basil
Pepper
1 Egg
Method
Mix olive oil and honey. Rub into the flesh of a whole chicken which has been pricked all over.
Stuff with crumbled macaroons, ground almonds, chopped basil, lots of pepper and 1 beaten egg.
Pat with butter and bake in a medium oven.
