Chicken
Cream
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Parsley
Puff Pastry
Ham
Chasseur Sauce
Method
Boil chickens: bone out and reserve breast pieces.
Mince remainder of chicken and combine with cream, salt and a lot of ground black pepper and parsley.
Bake blind some puff pastry cases.
Into the cases put a piece of breast and slice of ham on bottom, top with minced chicken and cream mixture.
Cover with pastry and crimp edges, decorate with a pastry heart.
Serve with Chasseur Sauce.
