6 lb Duck boned out and salted
200 grams Chicken Livers
300 grams minced Pork
200 grams Bread soak in milk
Method
Stuff duck with the rest of the ingredients, sew up the cavity and truss.
Put in cold oven. Set at 350F, 180C and cook 2 hours.
Put into fridge.
