Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Livers cooked in oil
Salt
Pepper
Cayene
3 cloves crushed Garlic
Lemon Juice
Nutmeg
6 oz melted Butter
1 coffee cup Brandy

Method
Put cooked chicken livers, salt, pepper, cayene, garlic and nutmeg in vitamiser with butter and lemon juice and brandy. Put in basin and cover with melted butter.
