Louisiana Roast Duck

Ingredients
1 Duck
1/4 pint hot Milk
6 oz Peanut Butter
1 Onion
2 sticks of Celery
Salt And Pepper
2 handfuls white Breadcrumbs
Peanut Oil

Method

Pour hot milk over peanut butter and stir to a paste. Stir in onion and celery minced, pepper, salt and white breadcrumbs.

Stuff duck.

Brush with peanut oil and roast in slow oven.
