Roti

Ingredients
2 cups SR Flour or Roti or Rice Flour
1/2 cup desiccated Coconut
1 teaspoons Salt
1 scant cup Water
Ghee or Oil for cooking

Method
Mix flour, coconut and salt, add water to form soft dough. Knead until forms a ball and does not stick to the bowl. Rest 30 minutes. Shape into golf ball sized balls, pat out into saucer sized circles. Cook on hot griddle or heavy frying pan lightly greased. Serve hot with curries and sambals.
