Preamble

Ingredients
250 grams Puff Pastry
3 Granny Smith Apples (500 grams)
100 grams Sugar
30 grams sliced Almonds
20 grams dry Grapes (sultanas)
Method
Make a puff pastry with 150 grams flour, 75 grams water and 150 grams butter.
Peel the apples and slice fine.
20 grams sugar under the puff pastry rolled out to 3mm thick, 10 grams of sugar of the top. Made the apple of the tart. Sugar the apple.
Hot oven of 220 degrees - heat 15 minutes before the utilisation. Put 15 minutes in the oven, put the roasted almonds and the grapes (sultanas) on the apple after the 15 minutes and put now 5 minutes in oven.
Flambe with Calvados out of the oven.
You can serve creme anglaise with the tart.
