Ingredients
1.5 kg Apples
200 grams Sugar
150 grams Butter
300 grams Puff Pastry
2 dl Pure Cream
Method
Melt in the mould butter and sugar. Put in the halves of apples, skinned and cleaned of seeds. Cook in the oven for approximately 35 minutes. Recover with puff pastry 5 mm thick and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Unmould when cooled down. Serve it with some pure cream. The tart is extremely natural and nicely caramelised.
