Gateau Dianne

Ingredients
6 Egg Whites
2 oz Sugar
8 oz Chocolate
4 oz Water
1 pint Whipped Cream

Method

Whip egg whites with sugar to form meringue.

Smooth meringue into 3 large rounds. Bake on floured, papered trays for 1-2 1/2 hours until very crisp.

Dissolve the chocolate in the water.

Fold into cream.

Spread each round and also on top.

Decorate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
