Almond Biscuits

Ingredients
3 oz Butter
3 oz Castor Sugar
3 oz Almonds
2 oz Plain Flour
Pinch Salt

Method

Soften butter and add sugar, beat well with wooden spoon till light and fluffy.

Sift flour with salt. Stir in to mixture with finely shredded almonds.

Drop on well greased tray, flatten with fork. Leave plenty of space between. Bake till just coloured 6-8 minutes.

Allow to stand a second or two. Remove, curl on rolling pin until set. Don't allow to get too cool.
