Pancakes With Savory Curry

Preamble

Ingredients
1 basic recipe pancake Batter
250 g (8 oz) Minced Steak
1 Onion
2 level dessertspoons Butter
1 level dessertspoon Curry Powder
1 Apple
1 Tomato
1 cup Chicken Stock

Method

Make thepancake batter and leave to stand in the refrigerator. Melt the butter and cook the chopped onion until transparent. Add the curry powder and cook until the aroma rises.

Add the minced steak and cook till brown. Add the chopped tomato, grated apple and the chicken stock. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Cook the pancakes in a large pan or if preferred in small individual ones and serve the curry sauce spooned into the centre and the pancakes rolled around it.
