Ingredients
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon powdered Gelatine
Juice of 1 Lemon
4 Passionfruit
1 tablespoon Flour

Method
Put sugar, gelatine, lemon juice and most of the water into a sauce pan and mix. Then add the flour. Mix through with a little water. Put on the gas and stir until just boiling. Let stand till almost cold. Beat well for 5 minutes, then add the passionfruit, heat again, then put on ice to set.
