Ingredients
220 grams Ricotta Cheese
140 grams Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
110 grams Walnuts
220 grams SR Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Method
Grease and flour a loaf tin. Cream ricotta and sugar and beat in the eggs. Stir in the walnuts. Sieve in the flour, baking powder and salt and fold into the mixture. Turn into the tin. Bake in a moderate oven about one hour. Leave to cool in the tin and then turn out. Ideal with butter or with mild cheese.
