Ingredients
8 Eggs
8 oz Poppy Seeds
12 large tablespoons Sugar
Juice 2 Lemons
Grated rind 1 Lemon
1 cup Oil
4 tablespoons SR Flour
Method
Beat egg and sugar on high speed.
Slowly add poppy seeds, oil, lemon and flour (one by one).
Bake 325F electric oven for 1 hour (middle of the oven).
(Turn oven off and leave in oven an extra 15 minutes.) Cooked in dish 12 inches by 8 inches.
