Peach Snow Balls

Ingredients
Peaches
Chopped Nuts
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter
Carmine
Coconut
Cream
Castor Sugar

Method

Stewed peaches cut in half and stone removed or use tinned peaches.

Fill each half with chopped nuts, join together with small wooden sticks.

Roll them in cream made by beating icing sugar and butter with a little carmine added to colour.

Roll balls in coconut - serve on cream stiffly whipped with castor sugar.
