Ingredients
12 Eggs separated
2 pints Cream
2 cups Sugar
2 pints Fruit Puree

Method

Cream yolks and sugar well.

Add runny cream.

Place in double boiler and cook, stirring until the custard coats the back of the spoon.

Add fruit puree.

Churn.

Add beaten egg whites
