Chocolate Ice Cream 2
Ingredients
3 3/4 lb Chocolate
5 litres Cream
5 dozen Egg Yolks
300 ml Rum
1 lb Sugar
Method
Dissolve chocolate and cream together. Beat egg yolks and rum together. Dissolve sugar in a little water to thread stage.
Add sugar to egg yolks whilst beating.
Then put all together.
Churn.
