Ingredients
1 lb Halibut (filleted white fish)
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 Onion
1/2 lb Tomatos
1 Green Pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
4 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
Tabasco Sauce
Salt And Pepper
Method
Cut fish into 1 inch pieces. Put in a bowl and pour over strained juice.
Marinate 4-6 hours.
Peel and chop onions, skin tomatoes - chop and seed. Chop and seed red peppers.
Add all to fish and parsley, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve chilled
