Fish Sticks

Ingredients
5 lb Fish
2 small Onions
Salt
Black Pepper
20 grams white Breadcrumbs
10 cloves Garlic
10 tablespoons finely chopped Parsley
5 teaspoons Ground Coriander
5 tablespoons Ground Cumin
5 Eggs

Method

Boil fish with lemon and water.

Drain, sieve and mash.

Crush garlic cloves with salt.

Chop onions finely.

Mix mashed fish, add onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Knead by hand.

Roll into small finger shapes.

Roll in flour.

Deep fry.
