Tuna Tartare

Ingredients
1/2 pint thick white Sauce
16 oz can Tuna
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 dessertspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 hardboiled Eggs chopped
1 tablespoon Capers
3 or 4 Gherkins sliced

Method

Drain and flake tuna, reserving the liquid. To the white sauce add the tuna, mustard, sugar, vinegar, eggs, capers and gherkins. If mixture is a little thick, add some of the reserved tuna liquid.

Place mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Topping:

Combine 3 cups crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes or 1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over tuna mixture. Place in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
