Corn And Seafood Bake
Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded Cheese
1 cup crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes
8 oz can Tuna
4 tablespoons Butter
4 level tablespoons Flour
2 cups Milk
1 medium Onion finely chopped
1 cup cooked Peas
Salt And Pepper
Method
Melt the butter and fry the onion until soft but not browned. Add the flour, blend together. Add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Stir in the shredded cheese, peas, flaked tuna and seasonings. Pour into a greased casserole, cover with crushed Corn Flakes, dot with butter and bake for 20-30 minutes in a moderate oven.
Garnish with tomato and parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
