2 dozen Oysters
Salt And Pepper
Flour
Eggs
Fine Breadcrumbs
Butter
Method
Drain and pat dry oysters, season and roll in flour, then one beaten egg, then fine breadcrumbs. Put into hot, melted butter and fry on one side. Pour over 4 beaten eggs, Let cook, then turn over and brown. Serve with small, browned sausages and shoestring potatoes.
