Ingredients
4 oz wide Noodles
1 1/2 oz Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
2 1/2 cups Milk
16 oz can Salmon
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Rind
1 tablespoon grated Cheese
1 dessertspoon finely chopped Onion
Salt And Pepper
10 oz packet frozen Peas
Method
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and cook few minutes. Gradually stir in milk and liquid from salmon, cook until sauce boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add lemon rind, grated cheese and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in flaked salmon, peas and noodles. Spoon into casserole and heat in moderate oven 15-20 minutes.
Serve with the noodles
