White Onions
1/2 pint Oyster Juice
Salt And Pepper
1 teaspoon Butter
Oysters

Method
Slice enough small white onions to cover 1/2 inch in depth the bottom of a skillet. Pour 1/2 pint of oyster juice and simmer. Add salt and pepper and a teaspoon of butter. Spread oysters over and cook with lid off for 5 minutes. Place lid on and cook until oysters begin to scallop. Serve with toast.
