Ingredients
16 Crepes
1 lb Ham
2 cups Cream
1 cup Cheese
2 teaspoons Butter
Method
Make 16 crepes.
Cut the ham into 3/4 inch strips and stuff crepes.
Roll up the crepes.
Put into a buttered, ovenproof dish.
Pour cream over.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Dot with butter.
Put into oven, 325 degree F for 15-20 minutes.
