Cinnamon Yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup chilled unflavoured Yoghurt
2 teaspoons Sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Method
Pour the yoghurt into a chilled serving bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon. This sauce is served with some meat dolmas and is particularly good with vine leaves stuffed with meat and rice.
