Satay Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Coriander
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 thumbs Ginger
1 big cup Brandy
Salt to taste
1 cup Cornflour

Method
Mix all together.

Remarks
Appeared on menu as a part of Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce $3.50 This is the marinade used before the steak is grilled and served.
