Dumplings

Preamble
To be put in stewed meat.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup SR Flour
Pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Butter

Method
Rub butter into flour. Mix with water into a stiff dough. Cut in pieces about size of a walnut, roll into balls and put on top of stew half an hour before meat is cooked.
