2 Egg Yolks
2 oz ground Almonds
2 oz fresh white Breadcrumbs
6 cloves Garlic
1/4 pint Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Parsley
Method
Mix garlic and yolks.
Add oil as for mayonnaise.
Stir in breadcrumbs and almonds.
Then lemon juice and parsley.
