Yorkshire Pudding 2

Ingredients
4 tablespoons plain Flour
Pepper
Salt
2 Eggs separated
1 cup Water
2-3 tablespoons melted Butter

Method
Sift flour with pepper and salt, add egg yolks, water and then the melted butter. Just before putting into the baking dish with very hot fat add softly beaten egg whites. Cook for 1/2 hour in medium oven.
