Sauce For Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients
2 lumps Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
1 bottle Red Bean Curd
1 bottle Soya Paste
2 tins Hoi Sin Sauce
1/2 large bottle Tomato Sauce
4 teaspoons Five Spice Powder
1/3 flagon Sherry

Method

Chop finely ginger and garlic and fry in peanut oil till slightly brown.

Add the hot bean curd and fry a while then soya paste and fry again.

Then Hoi Sin and tomato sauce and five spice and sherry.
