Minced Steak

Ingredients
1 lb Rump Steak
2 English Smoked Kippers
2 tablespoons Anchovy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Little Pepper
2 teaspoons Cold Water
1 tablespoon Butter

Method
Skin and bone fish. Put all ingredients in a tightly closed vessel and put in a saucepan with water and steam until tender (this may take several hours). Put all through a mincer, add all the gravy. Put into small jars and pour a little melted butter over each to keep it.

Remarks
Delicious for rolls or sandwiches.
