Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons French Mustard
3 tablespoons boiling Water
1/8 pint Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper
Few drops of Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Parsley

Method
Warm a tiny mixing bowl. Add French mustard and beat with a whisk, adding boiling water drop by drop. Then drop by drop beat in olive or peanut oil to make a thick creamy sauce. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice; lastly mix in 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley.
