Ingredients
1 clove Garlic or more
1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 cup boiling Chicken Broth or meat broth
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley (optional)
Method
Pound the garlic to a paste with the salt. Add the broth and parsley and blend well. Pour into a heated serving bowl. Serve with poultry or lamb.
