Bruno Loubet, Bruno's Tables 2003
Bruno Loubet came to Australia from London where he had established restaurants highly regarded by the Guide Michelin. With his wife he settled in Brisbane. These shots were taken in 2003 at his then restaurant Bruno's Tables in Toowong. Today he is chef at Baguette in Ascot.
