In the window roast meats hang and the chopper is smiling his way through a sea of orders. Large fish in a tank on the left and an array of Vietnamese cakes on the right of the entrance welcome customers to Minh Tan II. The front is a takeway service area popular with Vietnamese customers and inside is a larger seating area with the day's specials decorating the walls. Chinese and Vietnamese specials include grilled sugar cane prawns with rice vermicelli and deep fried five spice flounder.
